Intercult is a production and resource unit focused on culture, ideas and the arts, based in Stockholm. Created in 1996, it is a publically-financed organisation, managing both a designated Europe Direct office and Access Europa, a platform for Swedish cultural organizations aimed at increased international collaboration. Intercult focuses on exchange and co-production in and with the European Neighborhood, reflected in CORNERS as well as the earlier long term project SEAS 2003-2010, and in projects focusing on diversity and intercultural competence such as Brokering Migrants Cultural Participation.
